I would like to apologise for the lack of recent updates to the “What’s New” page. I could make lots of excuses about how I’ve been distracted by other things, but the fact is I’ve just been neglectful, and I’ll try to do better in future.

DECEMBER 2008

15-19 DECEMBER: Incorporated page logos into main logo (e.g., where previously this page had a separate logos for The Pygmalion Syndrome and What’s New 2008, now they’re a single logo). This saves space at the top of each page.

Rearranged the navigation buttons from vertical into horozontal format. This simplifies the code for each page and eliminates the need to scroll to see all the buttons.

Ultimately the page head space will be reduced even further by having smaller buttons and shorter logos, but this’ll do for now.

12 DECEMBER: New site logo (see above). Assuming anyone’s paying attention, this is the fifth font I’ve used for the Pygmalion Syndrome logo in the site’s eight-and-a-half-year history (1: Georgia; 2: Harrington; 3: Black Magic; 4: Agenda; and now 5: Liberal). The 3d look was interesting but awkward - it was created using WordArt and would have been very difficult to replicate exactly. The new version is simple, bold and legible, and I’m just waiting for somebody to claim I stole it off of them...!

The former “Other Stuff” section is now officially known as “Art & Stuff”. I decided that the former name sounded too much like an afterthought.

I’m still considering ways of streamlining the site’s overall design, but just when it might happen is anyone’s guess. Remember, all of the pages are coded by hand, and unless I end up buying some expensive pagemaker program that doesn’t seem likely to change in the near future.

EARLY DECEMBER: OTHER STUFF: More updates to Taral Wayne Pages 1 and 2. I hope this is getting him a bit more exposure, but as always I have no way of telling how many real life hits the pages are getting.

OCTOBER 2008

1 OCTOBER: NEW FEMALE STORY: The Encounter solid statue (2,700 words, PG). This is my first new story in far too long, and hopefully it means my muse is coming out of hibernation at last.

JUNE 2008

17 JUNE: OTHER STUFF: Further update to Taral Wayne Page 1, with 5 new images that Taral e-mailed to me.

1 JUNE: OTHER STUFF: Updated Taral Wayne pages, with 11 new images and 2 new male stories on Page 1 and 4 new images on Page 2.

APRIL 2008

21 APRIL: ART PAGES: added new page featuring my photos of Susan Kliewer’s outdoor fountain group “The Sinagua” in Sedona, Arizona. The only statue in the Art gallery by a living artist.

11 APRIL: OTHER STUFF: Upgraded art for ”Never Take Your Apprentice for Granite”. I’ve now acquired the original artwork in Darin’s moving sale, so I was able to scan it and re-post it at higher resolution. While not wanting to tamper with the original, I have made a few grammatical corrections to the text.

4 APRIL: ART PAGES: added new page showcasing lots of my photos of George Rennie’s statue “Cupid Rekindling Hymen’s Torch”. If you get the impression that I’m slightly obsessed with this particular sculpture, you may be right.

MARCH 2008

24 MARCH: ART PAGES: added new pages showcasing male sculpture by Félix Maurice Charpentier and Henri Peinte.

17-20 MARCH: OTHER STUFF: More additions to Taral Wayne page 2. Three new images and additional notes on several others.

JANUARY 2008

1 JANUARY: Update to Taral Wayne pages. Six brand new images and four new colourations.
Archived 2007 page here.

DECEMBER 2007

24 DECEMBER: NEW MALE STORY: Ketrin Part Eight living statue/mannequin (14,800 words, R). I’ve sweated blood on this instalment, people, so I really want to know what you think about it.

10 DECEMBER: OTHER STUFF: Updated Taral Wayne pages. The pages are now organised into categories - Stone, Metal and Miscellaneous - with additional notes and comments and cross-references to other Taral Wayne artwork. There’s even a short story - The Case of the Stoned Client solid statue (980 words, mostly G)!

OCTOBER 2007

14 OCTOBER: MALE STORIES: Once again Brian comes through, with an (also NSFW) illustration for Trophy living statue/mannequin. Thanks also for including so many of my stories in the Rent-a-Dude site’s Favorite ASFR Stories list. (By no coincidence, they're all the ones he's illustrated!)

9 OCTOBER: MALE STORIES: Thanks yet again to Brian for sending me his (NSFW) illustration for Horny God living statue/mannequin.It’s always nice to feel appreciated.
